I still can not understand why some machines continue to operate even
when an excessive noise and vibration is detected. This profound wear
can mean only one thing - the shoeless piston heads were hammering the
poor swash plate for some time... Maybe there was nobody around to
press the emergency stop?...
Anyway, I, as a person directly involved in pump
repair on a daily basis, give total guarantee that when a hydraulic
pump starts screaming and vibrating, continuing operation will NOT make
it feel better!
