Comments: Insane hydraulics is an invaluable resource to the amerture and professional alike. It is difficult to find good quality information on the web today because most individuals providing advice don't have a true understanding of what they are doing. It has become a world of hand-me-down-information, and "youtube-it professionals".

Comments: I found your site while researching an old Danfoss hydraulic pump. While I'm not a hydraulic technician at the plant I'm at I do work with them on occasion and the information you put out is outstanding!! This is a GREAT learning resource!! Thanks

Comments: With humour you have changed the way I see my job. I work for a German hydraulic brand as repair and field service technician, and almost every day I follow the tips and way of thinking you explain to solve and learn hydraulics. Congratulations and thank you!
Comments: Am an the owner of a medium size hydrostatic component remanufacturing business. (I say remanufacturing in lieu of repair, because everything we do is to OEM NEW specs).
Our primary market is the overhaul of axial-piston hydraulic pumps and motors for the US Navy. We are a designated overhaul point, meaning we are blessed by the US Naval Sea Systems Command "NAVSEA" because we possess a unique set of high-end technical and OEM brand specific "factory" knowledge of the products we work on, and have passed a rigorous QA and administrative audit.
I am pleased someone has some extra time to construct a website like yours...because too many people just don't understand...
Our specialty is of the following:
Denison Hydraulics (all axial piston products)
Vickers "B" series product line (from 45 to 300 GPM)
If anyone needs technical information, I am sure the site sponsor can figure out a way to connect us.

Comments: I was responsible for some of the hydraulic systems on a Lafayette class submarine. What a great website! I am saddened by the lack of good training out there on this subject. People who throw money at this technology without understanding it are a threat to life and limb. I have seen this equipment still operating efficiently after 20 years of continuous operation right up until some knucklehead opens it up for an "inspection". The next day, the same moron is asking "What's that sound?" Well, when you've had a "67" Chevy apart in your driveway, I guess you can fix anything.
